Sumo Sundays is a monthly drop-in session for folks interested in learning sumo wrestling techniques in Vancouver, B.C. Our goal is to make a space inclusive of all bodies and experiences. This means no gendered matches and no experience to participate is necessary.

Proceeds will be directed toward the cost of printing with the remaining amount provided to the artist, our club and processing fees.

About the artist

Ella Tani was raised in Burnaby, B.C., along with her one dog-sister Raspberry. She constantly draws to the point of getting tendonitis and loves to create comics for all her characters. If she’s not doing art she’s either cooking up a storm, playing with her dog, or checking out the best restaurants in Vancouver. Follow Ella on Instagram @bucketpunker.
